✨ Another Beautiful Hardwood Floor Restored! ✨

At **Polished JEMM Floor Care**, we recently completed a full sanding and refinishing of this 150 sq. ft. room, bringing new life back to the hardwood floors.

For this project we:
✔️ Fully sanded the hardwood floors
✔️ Applied a clear sealer (no stain requested)
✔️ Finished with **two coats of premium water-based urethane**

🏡 Another unique project completed by Polished JEMM Floor Care!

We recently had the opportunity to work in a beautiful historic home that was originally built in the 1700s. The homeowner had original pine floors upstairs with painted borders around the perimeter and wanted to preserve the character of the floors without doing a full sand and refinish.

To achieve that goal, we performed a light sanding to clean and refresh the surface, thoroughly cleaned the floors, and then applied a specialty hand-rubbed wax to provide protection while maintaining the floor's historic appearance and charm.

It's always rewarding to help preserve a piece of history while giving old floors new life!
