I thought I'd posted here, but I guess I haven't. Back at the beginning of August a guest accidentally left my upstairs bidet running which flooded my house for 12 hours prior to my arrival with my family for our holiday. Luckily we could still use the house and it hasn't impacted my rentals. I'm just frustrated with how long the insurance agent is taking to finalize my claim as it's been a month since the flood mitigation team were in and I'd like to pay them. Additionally, I need to schedule my repairs to the dining room ceiling and replace my hard wood floors.

Anyway, for those of you with bidets, make sure you always turn it off when done! Oh and I can't say enough about Force 1 Restoration out of Hartford. They arrived promptly at 9am on the next day which was a Sunday.
