Yes—there really is a difference!

Our Original Handwarmer Mug is made in both
left-handed and right-handed versions so that the
pocket fits the hand holding it.

So now we have to know: Lefty or Righty?

Before → After 🔥

There’s something magical about opening the kiln. What starts as soft clay, carefully shaped by hand, goes through heat, time, and a little bit of anticipation to emerge transformed.

From unfired pieces waiting patiently in the kiln to finished pottery with its final colors, textures, and character revealed, every firing is a little adventure. ✨🏺

What’s your favorite spotted difference?

Every handcrafted piece has a beginning, and for many of our creations, it starts with the simple act of pouring clay.

Liquid clay, known as slip, is carefully poured into molds where time and patience do their work. It's a process that blends precision, craftsmanship, and years of experience. Handmade since 1981, we're proud to create pottery that begins with quality clay and skilled craftsmanship—made to be used, enjoyed, and cherished for years to come.

We’re honored to be featured in the latest issue of 1889 Magazine!

You can find Clay in Motion on page 47, where they highlight our family-owned pottery studio, our handcrafted ceramics, and the passion that has been passed down through generations.

Since 1981, we've been proud to create pottery by hand right here in Milton-Freewater, Oregon. Being recognized in a publication that celebrates the Pacific Northwest is truly an honor, and we're grateful to everyone who has supported our journey.

If you happen to pick up a copy of 1889 Magazine, be sure to flip to page 47 and let us know what you think!
