ThriveOn King: Milwaukee, WI | Exterior restoration and interior renovation of 400,000+ SF of the historic Schuster’s department store to include multi-family residences, Medical College of WI and GMW offices, shared community, event and amenity spaces and facilities for early childhood education,, along with a new 300+ car parking deck.
The Promenade: Ashwaubenon, WI | An active senior housing apartment building thoughtfully textured with bioretention, adorned with local flora and fauna plantings, and enriched with butterfly gardens or pollinator patches, creating a naturally harmonized aesthetic.
Engberg Anderson Milwaukee Office: WI | The Dye House, initially constructed in 1922, now stands as a beacon of adaptive reuse, demonstrating how thoughtful restoration and strategic design interventions can breathe new life into historic structures while honoring their enduring significance within the urban fabric.
Warner Park: Madison, WI | A recreation center with social spaces, flexible community rooms, child care, a gym, and more. This expansion transforms the center into a sustainability hub including a geothermal system and solar panels that reduce the City of Madison's carbon footprint.
Timber Lofts: Milwaukee, WI | The first mass timber building in Milwaukee consists of 60 residential units across a renovated historic building and a new CLT/mass timber constructed building. The CLT
ceilings, posts, and beams harmonized aesthetically with the cleaned exposed timber from the historic construction.
