A statement piece in every sense—this breathtaking arch was 8 feet tall and 7.5 feet wide, elevated atop an 8-foot circular platform for an unforgettable vow exchange. To take the design even further, we created a stage surround ground installation, leaving a delicate break for the aisle. Later, this stunning setup seamlessly transitioned into the perfect backdrop for the couple’s sweetheart table. A true showstopper from ceremony to reception!

Showcasing this stunning layout and exquisite table decor! We crafted three extra-long king’s tables in a U-shaped configuration, beautifully framing the dance floor while seating 140 guests. Around the perimeter, we added round tables, each adorned with a delicate mix of candelabras, tapered candles, pillar candles, baby’s breath plumes, and sleek bud vases featuring white reflex garden roses. The sleek place settings featured clear charger plates with a thin black rim, black napkins, and custom menus tied with a black silk ribbon bow, adding the perfect finishing touch!

When considering available space at a venue, it’s always better to have more than not enough! Nicole & Joe’s wedding took place in the Bellagio Room at . The space easily accommodated 350 guests, yet they had fewer than 150. With the extra room, we were able to add immersive installations, emphasize ceremonial spaces (Ceremony space, Dance Floor and Sweetheart Table), and create unique layouts that enhanced guest flow.
