I ordered one of their coffee tables in July, 2023, for a client. The credit card was charged immediately, but, six months later, the table still has not been delivered. I managed to contact one of the two owners, via their Etsy account, in mid-December, and he said he’d get back to me immediately. Despite several follow-up messages to him since then, he is not responding. And my clients are still out the money they were charged.
