Our Tiffany Hanken Design team recently had the G.O.A.T. (greatest of all time) happy hour starring cheese from one of our newest clients, The Humble Goat. As we paired their infinite varieties of goat cheese with w**e and bites, we dreamt up big plans for their brick and mortar cheese shop that we’ll be designing and bringing to life these next few months.
Some of our favorite pairings included:
-Honey goat cheese w/ lavender olive oil, peach, honey drizzle, with rainforest crisps
-Cherry goat cheese, pecan, honey, on pita
-Jalapeño goat cheese, tomato confit, basil, honey, on pita
-Honey goat cheese, peach, honey, mint, on pita
-Plain goat cheese, tomato confit, basil, lemon olive oil on a baguette
We can’t wait to pair these with our own design tastes for everyone to come and experience themselves. 🧀 🐐🍷
