Angelica is new mother to a beautiful baby girl born on Cinco de Mayo.

Our Story

Baker Associates was founded in 1959 on the principle of continuously striving to improve the design of our built environment. From our downtown office we began our work – we have a rich history working on some of Minneapolis’ most iconic downtown buildings and structures, including the IDS Center, TCF Tower, bank buildings, and the skyway system.

Sixty years and hundreds of projects later, our multi-disciplinary team continues to apply their passion for the craft of architecture and design to this founding principle. Our work – on a wide range of projects over the years – illustrates this passion and the firm’s forward thinking approach as we build upon our history and continue to improve the built environment – for today and tomorrow.
