We recently joined East Allen County Schools leadership, staff, board members, students, and our project partners for the topping-out ceremony, celebrating the progress taking shape and everyone helping bring the new Southwick Elementary to life. The beam was made even more special with handprints from kindergarten students and printed names from first graders.

We look forward to seeing this vision continue to take shape as the new building moves one step closer to welcoming students in fall 2027!

Preserving history, one phase at a time. Our work with the historic Miami County Courthouse in Troy has continued from the courthouse grounds to the spaces within.

Following initial site renovations in 2020, our team recently returned to help renew the 1888 landmark’s interior. Improvements included restoration of the Grand Courtroom and historic corridors, security upgrades, historically inspired lighting and signage, and replacement of 105 windows.

Each improvement was designed to preserve the courthouse’s character while enhancing its functionality for generations to come.

It’s a new chapter for Marion Local Schools!

The district recently celebrated the ribbon cutting of its new 74,280 SF middle school addition, connected to the existing elementary school. The new space includes academic classrooms, a 2,000-seat competition gym, an agricultural education suite and greenhouse, district offices, and student dining/commons areas.

We’re proud to have partnered with Marion Local Schools, Touchstone CPM, and the entire project team to create a space that will serve the Flyers for years to come. Congratulations to the Marion Local community!

For 365 days a year, we’re teammates. On Field Day, we just happen to keep score.

Each year, GM's Field Day gives our offices a chance to come together for some friendly competition. Team members took on bocce ball, pickleball, and co****le tournaments while catching up with colleagues and having some fun outside the office.

It’s a tradition that brings our teams together and reminds us that some of the best moments happen outside the day-to-day.
