Pizza night can't go wrong with a Fresh Milled Crust. It is so hot here my dough doubled in 20 minutes I was worried it would be over proof so I went ahead and divided the dough into bags and threw them in the fridge yesterday then took them out today. Next time I will make enough to stick in the freezer for pizza nights.

Cinnamon Rolls made from 100% Fresh Milled Einkorn. Went a little out of my comfort zone and used a wheat berry I haven't used before. The recipe needs some improving but all in all the taste was great but the texture for me wasn't great. But you don't know till you try right. So here is to getting out of your comfort zone who knows you might end up creating something wonderful.

Fresh Milled Banana Nut Bread first time making this recipe turned out great. This was made with Fresh Milled Soft White Wheat and Kamut. I used GISP's recipe just changed slightly I used buttermilk added extra bananas and also added nutmeg and cloves along with the cinnamon. Took exactly an hour in the oven. Everything else was the same.

Easy quick weeknight meal. Started with half a large onion sauteed that added garlic and spinach and sauteed that for 5 minutes, added a can of sweet peas, and corn along with a little chicken broth and let that cook for about 5 minutes or so. Then added the Alfredo sauce I used Bertolli Alfredo Sauce you can make you're own but made it simple tonight. Added the cooked pasta and finished with some spicy smoked Gouda cheese that I got from Lidl, you can leave that off if you don't like spicy. Once the cheese has melted serve with some homemade garlic bread and enjoy 😁.
