All lanterns are NEW (red or black based on available stock) modified oil lanterns that DO NOT use kerosene/oil. They're custom aged by hand and given a rusted/worn look. When my buddy and I became roommates we had the wild idea to turn our garage into our very own private saloon. From there, we figured why stop at a saloon?! Before we knew our backyard looked like something out of a Wild West movie. All hand built by us, with little knowledge or knowhow in carpentry, just a creative imagination and love of the west. Since then, friends have hosted parties, professional photo shoots and BBQ's in our little town; all taking notice to the little lanterns. And that set off a light bulb. We decided, why keep these little gems to ourselves, why not share our unique custom crafted electric lanterns with others so they can enjoy them in their own town.
