I work from Monday – Friday on orders; weekends and Holidays are reserved to spend time with my family. I require an upfront non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order. This reserves your spot and helps me get the materials needed for your order. Turn around time varies on the number of orders I have. I take cashapp, paypal (with a small added fee if done under goods and services) and cash payments. All items are made to order and take time to complete due to the love and detail I put into everything I do; no two products are the same. Each order is unique. Larger orders or bulk orders will take longer but will also have a bulk discount. I will have some pre-made items from time to time which will be posted on my page from time to time. I am located in Mission, Texas. I will deliver/meet anywhere from Mission to Edinburg for a $5 fee. Shipping options are available by request, prices will vary depending on location and weight of order. I offer discounts to teachers, first responders and military with proof of ID. I offer warranty on my products for 30 days for metal products and 15 days on plastic/acrylic products on manufacturer defects only. Pictures must be sent for this warranty to be upheld. I am not responsible for mishandling of product (Example: Dropping product, leaving product in the heat, submerging in water for too long or placing item in the dishwasher). All cups will come with a care instruction card to help your product stay in pristine condition. When purchasing an item for a child or toddler, parent takes full responsibility for what the child does with the item. I am not liable to accidents or injuries that occur when using the product. I reserve the right to decline an order. I will not make any order that has racial slurs, promotes violence, hate, or condones any type of prejudice. I am happy to do custom orders with multiple themes, colors, glitters, crystals, photos, vinyl, and stickers. Please utilize the order form to help me best make your order to your liking.
