Walt and I just returned home from six weeks of vacation in Fredericksburg and South Padre Island TX and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
I finished the Diamond Scarf while on vacation. It has a wonderful drape as you can tell from the picture how it blows in the wind.
The yarn is a wonderful blend of British wool and alpaca. Moordale
It’s good to be back home, and I look forward to sharing more projects with you🧶🧶🧶

I’m really loving this design by Kinnersly . The yarn is Rowan DK wool.
Stay tuned for a picture of the completed project ! 🧶🧶🧶 I have completed one repeat of the design , 32 rows…. Just 10 more sets of 32 rows and I’ll be done! 🙀😆🤩🧶🧣
A bit of math….. each row has 53 stitches x 32 rows =1,696 stitches.
1,696 stitches x 10 repeats = 16,960 more stitches to go!😳
My poor arthritic hands !!! Ha ha .

This is a Marly Bird design. The yarn is Premier Chunky, acrylic. Despite the bulky yarn, the scarf is surprisingly soft and has a nice drape. It is being added to the “gifting” inventory. ❤️🧶🧣
