I am writing to share an important development concerning Cindy Rella’s Treasures. Firstly, I extend my most sincere appreciation for your incredible support and loyalty, which has been the cornerstone of our success.

After careful consideration, I have made the bittersweet decision to transition Cindy Rella’s Treasures to an exclusively online retail model. Consequently, we will be discontinuing in-store sales on 10/20/25 of our glass art at our physical location situated at 523 Coates, Moberly, Missouri.

While this chapter of our physical storefront comes to a close, a new and exciting one begins. This strategic move allows us to streamline our operations and focus entirely on expanding our online presence, making our unique glass creations accessible to a broader audience. I am enthusiastic about this new direction and am committed to continuing to offer the same quality and artistry you have come to expect from Cindy Rella’s Treasures through our digital channels.

Follow - up having shoulder surgery Thursday 9/25/25.

Dear Valued Customers,

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for your continued support of my business. The glass industry presents unique challenges, and your patronage has been instrumental in my success. I truly appreciate the opportunity to serve you and hope I have been able to meet your needs effectively.

I am currently working diligently to fulfill all outstanding orders before undergoing shoulder surgery in approximately (3) weeks. This surgery will require a period of recovery, and I will be making arrangements to ensure minimal disruption to service during that time. I will provide further updates regarding my business operations in the coming weeks.
