This means you can come shop all the prickly, leafy, and adorable plant babies WAY more often 😍🌵🌿 I’ve been working behind the scenes getting everything ready, and I seriously cannot WAIT to share it all with you!!

Hey all! I’m so excited to announce that I will be doing not 1 but 2 shows before the end of the year!! This Saturday I will be at the Merry and Bright Market. 🌵✨ Happy Wednesday & Hello October! 🍂🎃

I know it’s usually Cactus Wednesday, but I’m hitting pause on both Cactus Wednesdays and Succulent Saturdays for a little while… and for a very fun reason! 🎉 (Don’t worry, I promise to bring them back soon!)

I’ve been busy prepping for the Momence Harvest Festival and I cannot wait to share what I’ve been working on with all of you. 🍁 I’m so excited to see everyone there. It’s going to be such a special weekend!

💌 In the meantime:
• You can still buy cactus, succulents, and lithops from me even though I won’t be at another market until Harvest Fest! 🌱 Just send me a message!

• If you’ve brought home a plant and aren’t sure how to care for it, I’m always happy to help!🌿

• If your plant seems to be struggling, reach out for advice, I will do my best to help!

• And don’t forget, I offer repotting services for all plants! (especially those spiky cacti whom we all love 😉🌵)

🌵✨ Happy Cactus Wednesday, friends! ✨🌵

Meet Mammillaria Voburnensis, one of my favorite little bloomers, and this one’s straight from my personal collection! 💛 She’s putting on a show today with some beautiful white blooms with little pinkish red stripes, and just like any proud plant parent, I had to share! 🥰🌸

She’s also been super generous this year, already gifting me a bunch of babies and now she’s working on three more! 👶🌵 It’s safe to say she’s thriving and loving life in her cute little bee pot 🐝☀️

🧠 Fun Facts
🌵 This cutie belongs to the Mammillaria family, which is one of the largest cactus genera out there. There are over 200 species!

🌼 Her flowers bloom in a ring around the top like a little crown. So regal!

📍 Native to Mexico, where she thrives in rocky soil and warm sun.

👶 Known for being a prolific pup-producer! She’ll gift you babies galore when she’s happy.

🐝 Bonus: She looks even more adorable in your little bee pot!

🌿 Care Guide: Keep Her Thriving!
☀️ Light: Loves bright, indirect sunlight! Indoors near a sunny window is perfect. Too much direct sun can scorch her, so watch for any signs of stress.

💧 Water: Water sparingly! Let the soil dry completely before watering again. In winter, reduce watering even more.

🌡️ Temps: Prefers warmth (70–80°F) but can tolerate slightly cooler temps if dry.

🌸 Blooming Tips: Plenty of sunshine and a good winter rest (cool temps + minimal watering) can encourage blooms!

🌱 Propagation: Easily multiplies through offsets! Gently remove and replant the pups when they’re big enough to handle.

📏 How Big Does She Get?
Mammillaria Voburnensis will typically grow to about:

🌵Height: 4 to 6 inches tall

🌸 Width: About 2 to 3 inches wide

She’s a slow grower and stays compact and clumping, forming adorable clusters as she matures, especially when she starts producing lots of pups like mine is doing! 👶🌵

🌵✨ It’s Cactus Wednesday! ✨🌵
Are you excited?! I know I am!!

Today’s feature is one that’s fuzzy, funky, and downright fabulous… say hello to the Monkey Tail Cactus!🐒🌸

Is it a cactus? Is it a shaggy creature? It’s both! This wild and wonderful cactus is known for its long, trailing, furry stems that seriously resemble, you guessed it, a monkey’s tail! 🙊

🧠 Fun Facts
🇧🇴 Native to the cliffs of Bolivia

☀️ Those “hairs” aren’t just for show, they help protect it from intense sun

🌸 In spring and summer, it puts on a show-stopping floral display with bright red to hot pink blooms

🌿 Can trail over 2.5 feet long, making it a dreamy hanging plant

💨 It’s a fast grower compared to most cacti. Plant it, love it, and watch it flourish!

🪴 Care Guide
☀️ Light: Loves bright, indirect sun. Great in a south-facing window or outside in filtered light

💧 Water: Water thoroughly when dry, but don’t let it sit soggy (it hates wet feet!)

🌡️ Temps: Warm temps preferred. Bring it inside before frost ❄️

🍽️ Feeding: A light cactus fertilizer in spring and summer will keep it happy and blooming

🌸✨ Succulent Saturdays✨🌸
Donkey’s Tail!

This week we’re featuring the dreamy, drapey diva of the succulent world:
Donkey’s Tail (Sedum morganianum)! 🐴💚

She’s trailing, she’s chunky, and she’s living her best cascading life! If you’re into dramatic hanging baskets or love a plant that looks like it just rolled out of a fairytale forest, Donkey’s Tail is your girl!

🧠 Fun Facts About Donkey’s Tail:
🐴 Also known as Burro’s Tail, both names are used interchangeably!

🌍 Native to southern Mexico and Honduras. Loves warmth, dryness, and lots of light.

🍃 Each “tail” is made up of overlapping plump, bead-like leaves. Fragile but oh-so pretty.

🎨 When stressed by sun or cold, the leaves can take on a bluish or silvery tone. Succulent mood ring, anyone? 😂

🌸 Can produce tiny pink-red blooms at the tips in summer, though it’s rare indoors!

🐾 Heads up: It’s non-toxic to pets, but still best to keep out of reach. Those leaves fall off if you look at them wrong! 😅

🐴 Additional Fun Fact: The Donkey’s Tail in the picture is from my Grandmother’s collection and it is about 3-4 years old!

🪴Care Guide
☀️ Light: Loves bright, indirect light. Can handle morning sun, but avoid harsh afternoon rays that may scorch her leaves.

💧 Water: Water when the soil is completely dry. This one stores water like a pro and does not like soggy roots.

🌡️ Temps: Prefers temps between 65–80°F. Protect from frost!

🌸 Fertilizer: During spring/summer, a diluted succulent fertilizer once a month is plenty.

⚠️ Pro Tip: Be gentle! The leaves are delicate and fall off easily. No rough handling or repotting unless necessary.
