Incorporated March 1, 2015 when the original owner and founder James D Shute retired to take care of family. Now owned and operated by several DUSTY ATTIC dealers including JFK who has been selling at the DUSTY ATTIC since 1999 when it was originally founded. near Mundels where it was very successful. Through his hard work, James "Jim" Shute then used his knowledge and tenacity to expand and move
the business to 140 East Main Street Uniontown, Pa. near the courthouse, where he enjoyed many years of great success - all the while being voted #1 by the locals time and time again. In December of 2013 The Dusty Attic moved to 1266 Pittsburgh Rd (Route 51) Uniontown Pa, with the help of JFK when the E Main Street building was sold. The new Dusty Attic on Route 51 was immediately a hit once again being voted #1 in the Herald Standard and Tribune Review by the locals for the year 2014 - then 14 years in a row! Most recently notified by The Tribune Review that The Dusty Attic has won yet again for 2015 - now for the 15th year!! A new era has begun for the Dusty Attic in March 2015 and we continue to offer the same great variety of merchandise at very reasonable prices on 2 large floors in a wonderful comfortable building with a huge parking lot on busy Route 51.
