Our dream is to bring healthy unique products to our local and nationwide communities.

Yesterday I noticed the apples in the farm stand were getting slightly less firm, so I pulled them all and spent the day making and canning 30 pints of applesauce. It took 40 pounds of apples but boy does it taste good! The kids (and husband) have already devoured a jar this morning. What a hit!

Freeze-dried watermelon and cantaloupe done and some Italian herb Parmesan tomato chips, salt & perrer squash chips, and green bell pepper snack sticks going in. Yum!

Looking for raves on the produce the community is wanting. I’m getting ready to do a restock of produce in the farm stand, and I’d love feedback on what you’d like to see in there. I’ll be getting more peaches, squash and zucchini, Crenshaw and cantaloupe. Is there anything else you’re looking for? Thanks for the feedback!

Tuesday 8-18 morning update! I’ve restocked the tallow moisturizer, salsa, jam, and strawberry syrup. Also later this week we should have freeze dried apples available 👍🏼 as always thank you all for your support we appreciate each and every one of you! 🫶🏼

Getting some Vanilla Extract going. I’ve made two varieties. 8 bottles made with vodka, and 11 bottles made with bourbon.

The vodka ones will have a traditional, pure vanilla flavor.

The bourbon ones will have a warm, rich, caramel/oak hint of flavor to it. This will be excellent for baking and using in items you want a stronger, richer flavor.

I will age these until around the holidays and then they’ll be available on our site and in our stand.
