Connie the owner was sweet to let me purchase the yarn and make it my own business along side hers. I am officially Knit-Picky & Hooked as of October 1st, 2021. Come and see how the yarn has grown and is still growing. My name is Laura Benes. I live just down the road from the shop. I have an amazing husband that encouraged me to pursue my love of yarn and making. I also have 2 beautiful children. My eldest is Jaelynn who is 12 and my son Daxton who is 7. They make an appearance every now and again in the shop. So I’m sure you will see them at some point or another on one of your visits. Come hang out during our open help days every Wed, Thur for $5.00 till 7pm. The small fee helps me with overhead cost. This also includes any help you may come across with your project while you are here. Please feel free to call the shop with any questions you may have. We also do a Facebook Live every Wednesday at 11am. It’s on Lake Erie Mercantiles page
