Hey everyone, we’ve been noticing things are a little slower than usual. We know things tend to quiet down after the holidays, but now we’re heading into March, and it’s starting to feel a little scary. It just makes us wonder—where is everyone?

We had to close unexpectedly due to a medical emergency—my husband had symptoms that made us fear the worst, but thankfully, it was not a stroke. He has been diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy and is doing well! ❤️

Did you know? Here at Baker'sPantry, we’re all about fresh, down-to-earth baked goods that make you feel right at home!

Here’s a fun breakdown of what we’re whipping up for you every week, month, and year:

- **Buttercream:** We make a *whopping* 50 lbs of our homemade buttercream every week (25 lbs, twice a week!)—that’s **200 lbs** a month, and **2,400 lbs** a year! We take pride in creating fresh, creamy buttercream just for you.

- **Cookie Dough:** We prepare **15 lbs** of cookie dough every month, totaling **180 lbs** a year. **But during Thanksgiving and Christmas, we double that amount!** The demand for our delicious sugar cookie dough and frostings is at its peak, making the holidays even sweeter for you!

- **Royal Icing:** We create 7 tubs (1 lb each) of our smooth royal icing *every* week! That’s **28 lbs a month** and **336 lbs** a year—ready to help you decorate those baked creations. **And during the holiday season, we can barely keep enough in stock for all the festive sugar cookies!**

- **Our Suppliers & Commitment to Quality:** As a local bakery and supply store, we work with at least **12 suppliers** to bring you the best ingredients and supplies. Every year, we spend **a small fortune** to keep our shelves stocked with everything you need for your baking projects.
