Dawn & Daughter Jams Syrups & More We offer a variety of jams, jellies and preserves that are made with locally grown fruit that we grow That very same year we planted blueberry bushes.

In 2006, our family, Calvin, Dawn, Megan and Cole picked blueberries for the very first time at a blueberry patch. We fell in love with the authentic taste of a fresh, organic blueberry. Today we grow blueberries, figs, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and a variety of fruit trees. Along with selling fresh fruit, we also process our fruit into wholesome, all natural jams. Each batch of blue

berry jam contains 9 cups of fruit which equals 1 1/4 cups of fruit per jam. We use a reduced sugar recipe in all of our jams. Blueberries are very high in antioxidants. Research has shown that blueberries support cognitive functions, cardiovascular health, blood sugar levels, eye health, and also provide anti-cancer benefits. Blueberries can also be frozen without damaging their delicate anthocyanin antioxidants which give fruit their red, blue and purple colors.
1 Cup Blueberries contains: 84 calories, 28.56 mcg vitamin K, .50 mg of manganese, 14.36 mg of vitamin C, 3.55 g of Fiber, and .08 mg of copper and resveratrol.
