If you encounter a situation where the locking wrench is blocked by the lamp body and cannot be rotated to lock the lamp while using the B300, please refer to the following video. 📹✨

Is there a way to install a fill light on my WEEBILL 3S to get better results when shooting? 🤔🤔🤔

Sure, look at here💡:

Method 1: The WEBILL 3S has a 1/4" screw hole on its MasterMove Accessories (see picture below). Zhiyun's lights generally also have a 1/4" screw hole on the bottom. In this case, if you want to install the light on the gimbal, you just need to buy a small 1/4" screw adapter.
Furthermore, installing fill lights in this way will not affect the gimbal balancing at all.
(✨Note: The MasterMove Accessories are included in the WEEBILL 3S COMB. If you purchased a non-COMBO WEEBILL 3S, you will need to purchase this accessory separately.)

Method 2: The M20/M20C's extension bracket has a cold shoe mount. Simply connect the fill light and camera through this mount, and then mount them to the gimbal. (This method can also be used with other fill lights that have a cold shoe mount.)

(✨Note: In this case, since the fill light is mounted on the gimbal along with the camera, its weight will be greater. Therefore, it is recommended to choose a lightweight fill light. The camera itself and lens should also not be too heavy, otherwise it may affect the gimbal's balance.)

First, use a 1.5mm Allen wrench to unscrew the screws on the gimbal phone clamp. 🔧After unscrewing, you can easily remove the damaged part of the phone clamp.

What should I do if the glass of my light head burns?😱😱 Such as CX100/X100/X100 RGB/X60/X60EGB.

⚠⚠⚠Note: When the light is turned on, the light Accessory Mount and glass will be very hot. Do not touch them directly with your hands or place it upside down on flammable surfaces, as this may cause burns or fire. 🌡🌡

If you find any scorch marks on your light accessory mount or glass, please turn off the light immediately. After the light has cooled down, turn it on again to check if it still works normally and if all functions are normal. If there are no other malfunctions, you can contact our after-sales service team to obtain a new lamp holder glass and replace it yourself. This way, you won't need to send it to a service center for repair.

Many users may encounter connection problems when using image transmitters. Today, I'll share a simple method to check if the connection is successful. ⚙️
First, power on the gimbal, enter the settings menu, select "Camera Settings," and then select "Extended Ports." Next, power on both the image transmitter and the camera. 📡
When the gimbal screen displays a successful connection icon and you hear a "Di" sound after the connection is established (as shown in the video), it means the image transmitter has successfully connected to the stabilizer. If you don't hear any beeps, you'll need to troubleshoot the problem step by step.😔Please feel free to ask if you need more help!

If I use WEEBILL or CRANE series gimbal (such as Weebill 2, Weebill 3, Weebill 3S, Crane 4, Crane 2S, Crane 3s and so on), how can I use object tracking function❓❓
1️⃣You can mount a image transmitter to the gimbal. Before you buy a image transmitter, please check whether it’s compatible with your camera. You can check compatibility list in Zhiyun official web. Then connect your camera with image transmitter and gimbal.
⚠⚠⚠Note: when connecting these devices, please make sure the cable you used is Zhiyun original and correct one.
2️⃣Open ZY PLAY APP, connect your phone to the image transmission Wi-Fi. Generally, the default Wi-Fi password for image transmission is 12345678.
3️⃣Once the connection is successful, click “Live” logo, you can see your camera's output in ZY PLAY.
4️⃣Click the settings icon in the upper right corner, select "Control Mode," then click "Joystick Control." An object tracking logo will appear in the lower left corner. Click it, then simply select the object you want to track on the screen. (A yellow box indicates successful object tracking; tracking has begun.)

Many of you are probably already using the X200.🤩
Some users may encounter situations where the output power doesn't reach 75%
when using V-port batteries.(╯°□°)╯
Since there are many third-party battery manufacturers, their production batches
and functions may differ. Some batteries may not be able to achieve 75% brightness
(150w).⚡️🔒
It's recommended to purchase the batteries included in the Zhiyyn X200 kit.👍
If you choose to use third-party batteries, it's recommended to find batteries with a
voltage between 21y and 36V.
