The original Recipe was given to me by my late Father in-law Larry Schnapp.
This was His Recipe he made up and it was delicious. However
He and I always talked about baking and always tried to redo Recipes together to try to make them better! So of course I had to revamp his Recipe lol
I sure do miss him.
This is my Revamp of his cookie.
Crunchy but soft in the middle.
Not to sweet the perfect Cookie for Tea and Coffee!
He would be proud of all the nuts I put in this batch.
These already have a home!

I will share a few things in the comments to give an idea of what i do!
I will also be taking a few orders yet for pies and other goodies for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. The menu will vary according to the holiday. I will also b adding a few dips. 4 New Year's

Sooooooo I promised my Husband no more projects or volunteering for 2 months after the MissouriGoatFestival.
So I'm now going to take on a few sewing projects and custom Baking.
If interested in my services please reach out to me I will only be taking a few per week as I can not be totally committed to my kitchen or sewing room 😅
