I’ve been a treasure-hunter for as long as I can remember. My kids used to joke that I needed a bumper sticker that said “Will Brake for Yard Sales”—and they weren’t wrong!
The name “The Breezeway” came from an old house I lived in. Every time I brought home a new find, I’d ask my family where it should go, and without fail, they’d say, “Just put it in the breezeway.” That little space became the heart of my collecting habit—where all the charm, history, and stories came together.
Now, I finally have a “Breezeway” of my own—a space where I can share all the treasures I’ve gathered from across the South. Whether it’s a thrift store, flea market, or yard sale, I’ll always “brake” for a good find. It brings me true joy to discover beautiful, quirky, or nostalgic pieces—and even more joy to keep them affordable for you.
Because honestly, there’s nothing better than spotting something on a shelf that speaks to you—and then flipping the tag to see a price that makes your day.
