Been so long since I even posted on here. Made sloppy joes for lunch (makes a great afternoon snack too) like the ones our moms used to make. Come down to the sac o suds today and get one.

COULD YOU EAT THIS FRIED POTATOES WITH ONIONS FOR BREAKFAST⁉️😋
❤️ Ingredients :
2 lbs baby red potatoes (you can also use regular red potatoes or gold potatoes), cut into 1 – 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 onion, sliced into thick half circles
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
8 oz smoked sausage or kielbasa (I use smoked Polish kielbasa), cut into 1-inch pieces
8 oz fresh mushrooms (baby Bella, white button, etc.), cut in half or quarters
1/4 cup olive oil

Happy new year and hope everyone is doing well. Today for lunch will be baked macaroni and cheese , fried chicken tenders,fried pork chops and biscuits .

Butter chicken served on rice along with a naan (not pictured) is delicious! This is my personal plate ,but it’s a bigger serving than this just so u know. Come and try it.

It’s so cold outside I thought it would be a great day for chicken and dumplings . Ready at 12 :15 and tonight some Indian cuisine for those that would like to try something different. Ready at 6pm
