The FUMC Holiday Bazaar is a great time to check up on your ruler use and poster making skills. 😅
Anyone else more prone to a little too much "estimating" when it comes to posters?

Hey Guys!
Hope you can come see us at the FUMC Holiday Bazaar. It's this Saturday from 9:00-1:00!
Lily will have jars of Hot Chocolate mix, Christmas Tea mix, and Christmas Morning Pancake Mix all decorated and ready for gifting!
And the Prize Pig will have some frozen meals to fill your freezer for those busy nights coming up!

Come out to Food Truck Friday tonight 5:00-8:00 at Vera Lloyd!

Lily will have tea and lemonade!

Sam will have his famous candy bar brownies! (tonight he's got a choice of Reese's, Symphony, or Andes!)

And the Prize Pig will have a few delicious meals to pop in your freezer for a busy night!!

Hi Friends!
In the past many of you have asked Lily what she plans to do with the money she makes at Lily's Tea Tree. Usually she will reply demurely "I'm saving it for college."

But for the next 6 weeks she's got another goal in sight! She and Ryan are heading to Anaheim, CA in June on a mission trip! They'll be helping a church planter there in Anaheim with some projects (and they also plan to have lots of fun!).

So Lily will be working hard to earn the amount needed for the trip in a pretty short amount of time (about 6 weeks)! But she's determined!
So for the next 6 weeks she'll be offering a variety of sweets, teas, and maybe even some fun extras for sale!

So for WEEK 1 she's offering the thing that's made Lily's Tea Tree go for the last 6 years! TEAS & FRESH SQUEEZED LEMONADE!
These will be sold by the gallon and the price includes delivery to your home or business!
1 gallon Southern Sweet Tea $8
1 gallon Fresh Squeezed Lemonade $10
1 gallon Blackberry Sweet Tea $10

We'll be taking orders from now until Wednesday and delivery will occur on Friday and Saturday.

Hi Guys!
I think most of you know that I had a "mandatory time-out" in the hospital. I wanted to thank all of you that reached out to me through texts, calls, gifts, food, and for those who offered prayers on my behalf.
I've never had a hospital stay other than to have babies...and being sick in the hospital is very different than just going to a hospital to have a baby. It was a very uncertain, and at times scary experience. So I can't tell you how much it meant to have such a wonderful community checking in and feeling such concern for me.
I hope to write more about the love that was shown to me soon..because I think we all need to know how much good, how much care is out there.

But I also wanted to update you on what's going on with Prize Pig!
What IS going on with Prize Pig?
The short answer is I'm not sure yet. Part of what caused my hospital stay was exhaustion (my outsides looked ok...but my insides were not)...it turns out being a wife to one and a mom to four is plenty of work for a person, a least for THIS person! LOL . So I know I won't be going at the pace I was going before. But selfishly I want to hang on to this little community that has formed around the need to get supper on the table.
I've got some ideas about how this might happen but they're not concrete enough to share with you yet.
But if you'll stick around I hope eventually I can make it worth your while.
The spirit of Prize Pig was to help others care for their families and loved ones well and you all have embodied that towards me in my time of trouble. I won't ever forget it!
