My wife told me I need to have a couple of chef blades done for our show this weekend. Well here they are. The first one is a 6” raindrop Damascus blade, stainless bolster and maple burl handle. The second one is an 8” 5 bar Turkish twist Damascus, bronze bolster and Honduran Rosewood burl. The third one is an 8” feather Damascus blade, wrought iron bolster and black walnut handle. All three are available and will be on my table tomorrow at Sip and Shop. Come by and see them for yourself.
