STEP 4: FINISH AND SERVE
Broil for Color: For extra caramelization, broil for 2β3 minutes until edges are slightly crispy.
Serve: Spoon the rich buttery sauce over the chicken and garnish with extra parsley before serving.
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 30 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 4
Dressing suggestion: serve with a light lemon yogurt drizzle or a fresh green herb sauce for balance.
Tips: let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after baking to lock in juices. For a healthier option, reduce butter slightly and add more lemon juice. This recipe is naturally gluten free and can be paired with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
