This customers, double-sided, Raiders on one side Dodgers on the other, was a fun one to stitch out. She opted for an , sports stitch pattern, and a light gray glide thread. It is a perfect quilt to sit with in front of the TV with watching sports, wouldn’t you say?

I just took this antique customer quilt off the longarm yesterday, but before I took it off, I started wondering, who made this, what kind of life did they live, where did they get their fabrics because there are so many different patterns in this quilt and how long did it take them. It is completely handed pieced and was full of uneven lumps and bumps. This customer has given me a few of these to longarm, and I always find it amazing that despite all of its imperfections, how beautiful it is when it comes off the table. My first two sided quilt. My daughter put this one together from scraps from a prior quilt. I had to add borders to the quilt back to get it on my longarm . Needless to say, both quilts are centered and it turned out perfectly!

This beautiful quilt has a story behind it. It is a hand pieced top that a friend purchased from someone who had acquired it from a family member long ago. We took that quilt top and made it absolutely beautiful. The edge to edge design that we used on it is called flutterly by .

The new Bloomsberry fabric collection has just arrived to the shop. As Camille Roskelley describes her newest fabric collection, she says, "...Bloomsberry includes beautiful berry

Scrappy, baby quilts are the best! A lot of longarm customers become my friends, which I love! They all bring their unique styles and expertise to my table and into my shop. I appreciate each quilt that comes across my table as well as the person who spent so much care and time into creating it. Each quilt is a masterpiece in its own right. And this is why I keep my fabric shop open and offer longarm services. This customer allowed me to drop off her quilts to her home while we were traveling from California up to Canada. In our RV. We became fast friends and share a lot of similarities in life and in quilting styles😘. This is a small part of why I love what I do. If you are looking for a quilting friend, I am here!
