The newly opened Pella Windows & Doors of Morgantown is pleased to offer quality new and replacement windows and doors to area homeowners, builders and architects and to carry on the tradition of providing Pella products to northern West Virginia that started in 1978. Currently open by appointment only, we encourage you to schedule a visit to see our latest products firsthand. As members of the community, we are familiar with the traditional homes and popular local styles, and will work with you to find the ideal new or replacement casement or double-hung windows, patio and entry doors for your project. The Philadelphia Commercial Team is proud to spotlight the transformation of historic Old City Hall in Bridgeton, New Jersey, into a new Fire and EMS headquarters while preserving the building’s historic character.

Pella Reserve Traditional Single-Hung windows were selected to complement the original architectural style with historic details and authentic proportions.

We’re proud to have partnered with Stephen J. Sgro, AIA as the architect and Ernest Bock & Sons Inc as the contractor on this project!

✨ Project Spotlight: Simmons Hall at The Linsly School ✨

The Pittsburgh Commercial Team is thrilled to spotlight Simmons Hall at The Linsly School in Wheeling, WV. Opening for the 2026–27 school year, this approximately 19,000-square-foot, two-story residence hall replaces the aging Weiss Hall and provides updated housing for Linsly’s boarding students.

Pella Impervia single-hung and direct set windows were selected for the project, providing a durable and energy-efficient solution for the new facility while complementing its design.

We are proud to partner with POH+W Architects as the architect and Colaianni Construction, Inc as the contractor on this project!
