Foxfire Hollow Stay Wild. Witchy. Wonderful. It’s this magic, half-nature and half-folklore, that inspires the art I create.

Welcome to Foxfire Hollow

Here you’ll find witchy treasures, art rooted in folklore, handmade goods, or simply a reminder that magic still lives in the world, you’ve found your way to the right Hollow. Welcome to Foxfire Hollow

Deep in the heart of Appalachian Mountains, under treetops and mountain mists, the foxfire glows — a rare and ghostly light born from the forest floor. I’m an artist and maker with a love for the mysterious and the beautiful. My hands are rarely still — one day painting or drawing, the next crocheting by lamplight, drying herbs, or setting crystals into charms. Every item in my shop is crafted with intention, infused with a little bit of mountain magic, and shaped by my fascination with the macabre, the mystical, and the natural world. Here you’ll find witchy treasures, art rooted in folklore, and handmade goods that carry a spark of the wild — from the dark whisper of crow wings to the quiet glow of foxfire in the woods. Whether you’re here for a talisman to keep close, a piece of art for your altar, or simply a reminder that magic still lives in the world, you’ve found your way to the right Hollow.

Holy batman! I've been caught up in the whirlwind that is my other business, Sunny Sips.

Here's a project I pretty much finished that I had been working on for awhile, off and on, in my spare time. When I originally started, this bird feeder was just a plain-jane Better Homes & Gardens feeder from Walmart that needed cleaned and spruced up from last summer. But, me being me, I wanted a Baba Yaga bird feeder... wouldn't it be trippy for birds to eat from a house with bird legs?? 😂 I still need to add the suet cages back onto the sides where the faux stonework ends and is 2D, and reattach my legs to the bottom, but here she is thus far. I love how it turned out!

I'll post an update once I add the final details!!

Thanks for dropping in!!

Sorry for being MIA recently! Late spring, all of summer, until mid fall is primarily all Sunny Sips focus.

As y'all know, I co-own that business with my sister-in-law. Since late April we have been busy bees with event planning, buying supplies, coordinating all of the nitty gritty business stuff, and going to events to make and sell our lemonades! During the week I am usually making lemon keychains like these babies and even some sunshines that match our logo (which will be available soon!), all while caring for my mother and my now 2 year old toddler. 🤪

Forgive my lack of presence. But know I am orchestrating chaos as most befitting of a chaos witch and artsy momma lol

Happy Summer Solstice! Here's to long summer days and those lovely sunset evenings. May all the fireflies and peepers make your seemingly longer days more magical 😘✨️

Happy New Year everybody!

My wonderful husband thought of a neat idea to organize my yarn in December. Not as a Christmas present, just a because kind of thing. As of last night, I have finally balled, organized by color, and hung all of my yarn and crocheting supplies on my new peg board in my office. I will eventually paint and decorate the office itself now that I have access to it. But guys, look how professional this s**t looks. No more guessing how much and what colors I have!

30 Days of Happiness!!!
Day #30— I was nominated by Hook & Stitches

It has been a crazy 30 days! I am so grateful for the opportunity to share what makes me happy each day with all of my NEW FOLLOWERS!! I know 81 and 32 followers isn't a lot, but to me, someone who has wanted to start my own art business for years, its the encouragement I needed to feel like I'm doing the right thing. Thank you all so so much!

How it works:

-Post 30 pictures over the next 30 days (1 a day) of something that brings you happiness! Maybe it'll brighten someone else's day, too!
Your picture can have an explanation or not. That is up to you!

Check their pages out, and if you have a chance, share my page as well, I always like having new friends 😊!

30 Days of Happiness!!!
Day #29— I was nominated by Hook & Stitches

This is me back in June of 2015. I was in Japan for 10 months and this was taken in front of the school I attended on our commencement ceremony for the end of our year. I got to study Japanese art and culture and experience the heritage sites and rich culture in person. I will never forget my time there and I will never not miss being there. It makes me so happy that I made one of my biggest dreams come true by going to Japan 🇯🇵
