Honey Glaze Sweet and Spicy Fried Chicken and Three Cheese Mac
Ingredients Chicken
4-5 Chicken Thighs
2 Cups All-purpose Flour
2 Tbl Corn Starch
1 Tbl Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Ground Garlic, Ground Onion
1 Cup of Milk and 1 Tbl White Vinegar Or 1 Cup of Buttermilk
Ingredients Sauce
1/3 Cup Water, 1/3 up Honey,1/3 Soy Sauce, 1/4 Red Pepper flakes
2 tbl Vegetable Oil,3 Tbl spoons Cannabis butter,
1 Tbl Corn Starch/Water
Ingredients Mac and Cheese
1 Box of Macaroni of your choice
3 tbl Cannabis butter, 3 tbl all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup Milk, 1/2 Heavy Cream
2 tbl Cayenne Pepper, 2 tbl smoked Paprika, 1 tbl Chili Powder
1 Cup Sharp cheddar, 1 Cup pepper Jack, and 2 Babybel cheeses.
Place your chicken in the milk mixture and let soak.
Combine the flour and spices then whisk together.
Transfer chicken to a flour mixer and cover each piece all over. Then back to the milk and repeat back to the flour. In a deep pan fill 1/3 with oil and fry the chicken until temp reaches 165F
In a bowl combine the Honey, Soy sauce, Water, and Red Pepper flakes. In a sauce pan add the oil then combine the sauces in the pan. Heat up the sauces then add the Cannabis butter and cornstarch mixture. Stir until the sauce thickens and add to cooked chicken.
Boil water and salt then add the macaroni until cooked. In a saucepan combine the Cannabis butter and flour together. After well combined add the milk and the cream. Whisk together then add the spices and cheese until melted together. After it melts add the macaroni.
