Dinner made in the signature steamer pan with the mix n chop spatula. Yes cooking without the handle keeps the handle from getting hot. Slap it on to move from the stove to a hot pad to serve.

Why the brownie bite pan? Why not a regular cake pan? Because people! Regular cake pan takes roughly 1 hour to bake. The brownie bite pan had this batch done in 16 minutes. So yes if you are breaking down a recipe into smaller pans please reduce the time and keep a close eye on it until you know how long it will take. I sat the timer for 10 minutes and then meant to add 5 minutes but passed the 5 and landed on 6. Done to perfection! Kid approved!
