"Pawn Stars" boss Rick Harrison went in for what was supposed to be a "simpler" medical procedure, but doctors discovered he needed emergency bypass surgery.

"He is resting comfortably and looking forward to a full recovery," a Harrison family spokesperson tells Fox News Digital.

The 60-year-old reality star is recovering with his wife Angie and family by his side and says he's grateful for the doctors and hospital staff caring for him.
