In the midst of a much-needed main floor redo. Here are a couple before and after pics which show a more open and flexible floor plan. No more walled-in galley kitchen….more work remains, but this is a great start!

A quick upgrade of what was a well seasoned villa. New artwork , wood flooring , removed a strange arbitrary diagonal wall that was I’m sure the bomb in the early 80s! Clean , appointed and ready for summer !

Old bathroom with more walls and doors than sense and let’s not even discuss the shower ! We removed the dividing wall, trim, shower soffit, relocated vanity/sink, lighting and even toilet to the long wall gaining privacy for the toilet area and better functioning overall!

Before and after of a new kitchen remodel. Generally the same footprint but clients wanted a proper venting system where there was once an over-the-range microwave. We also removed the upper /lower peninsula bar countertop giving them much more usable counter space for dining, preparing and entertaining!
