A quick upgrade of what was a well seasoned villa. New artwork , wood flooring , removed a strange arbitrary diagonal wall that was I’m sure the bomb in the early 80s! Clean , appointed and ready for summer !

Old bathroom with more walls and doors than sense and let’s not even discuss the shower ! We removed the dividing wall, trim, shower soffit, relocated vanity/sink, lighting and even toilet to the long wall gaining privacy for the toilet area and better functioning overall!

Before and after of a new kitchen remodel. Generally the same footprint but clients wanted a proper venting system where there was once an over-the-range microwave. We also removed the upper /lower peninsula bar countertop giving them much more usable counter space for dining, preparing and entertaining!

Before and after master bath in an amazing home where the bath needed to reflect the integrity of the home . Good design , better function , moving the shower to the window and with an added
small but significant stand alone tub in the previous shower place . We lost lots of crazy soffits and useless mirrors to make a better functioning updated bath. Footprint stayed basically the same but much better layout and storage . Thanks to my clients the Anna Lewis Stonefield and Pete Stonefield for their trust during this process .
