Postcards from New England

Autumn in Nantucket & Chatham, a cozy storybook setting.

If there is one place to adventure out in the rain, it would be here. Even in the misty weather, you are so beautiful. Overflowing hydrangeas, the Sconset Bluff narrow trails that weave in and out through the most charming homes, weathered cedar shingles, inviting porches, white autumn clematis, rose gardens, pea gravel, sunset colors, discovering that people name their homes with a plaque and now wondering what I would call mine. Ferries, Route 6A, fishing boats that have nets like an art form in material & color, the largest clams I have ever seen, steep gabled roofs, symmetry, many steps down to the ocean, seals, art galleries, cozy bookstores and social gatherings on the lawn at the Chatham Bars Inn overlooking the sea. Magical, quiet beauty.

Fashion has always been part of what fuels my creativity and self expression. From silhouettes and textures to color and pattern. What we see in fashion leads the way into interiors.
