Covid-19 Update

March 23, 2020

Per the Stay at Home Order for Illinois, NorthWest will be making the following changes:
Effective now through April 7, 2020:

• The Electrical Supply counter will remain open with limited personnel for essential trade professionals. We will be modifying our hours to Monday-Friday 7:00am- 4:30pm, closed on Saturdays.
• Our Lighting Showroom will be closed.
• Will call pick-ups and deliveries are still available. We encourage you to call ahead and ask for curbside pick up to reduce the number of people entering the building.
• Incoming Shipments- NorthWest is still able to accept incoming shipments during our regular receiving hours of 7am-3pm Monday-Friday.
Ways to shop with us from home:
• Visit our website, www.nwelectrical.com and shop with us 24/7. You can select Truck delivery, will call pick up, or UPS. We will be happy to bring any will call pickups out to your car, just call our office to let us know you are in our parking lot for pick it up.
• Email orders to [email protected]
• Email quote requests to [email protected]
• Call us at 827-255-3700. You can place your order over the phone and we are happy to walk your purchase out to your car.
