Honeychurch Antiques is featuring Marge Levy Ceramics this month.

This is one of Marge's ceramic baskets.

Rather than a standalone shelf piece, these are fully functional vases and honestly so much more.

What's fun about Marge's work is that it almost asks to be brought to life. This one wants flowers in it. It wants to sit at the center of a table where people are gathered and talking and reaching past each other. It wants to be part of the story of your life.

Marge made dozens of these over the years. This one found its way to us after she passed, and if we're honest it's hard to let them go. They call your attention in a room and each one is so uniquely its own thing.

We're excited to see what home they settle into next. When you bring a piece home, tag us so we can see how Marge's work lives on.

Even when Marge made multiples, no two were the same.

Every plate, every basket, every piece that left her hands was its own thing. Crafted with joy, completed, and onto another. As many artists can relate, that’s just how she worked.

This month in the gallery we are featuring Marge Levy Ceramics.

We have a small collection of her plates here at Honeychurch. Different sizes, same hands. Together they make something quite beautiful, the kind of table setting that turns an ordinary meal into something worth pausing over.

Intentional stewardship is at the heart of what we do here at Honeychurch, and we're honoring that for Marge too. Passing her story on in a good way, to people who will carry it with care.

When these pieces find their homes, that chapter closes. We hope they're loved the same way she loved making them.
