🏡 Not All Flooring Is Created Equal!

Choosing new flooring is about more than looks! Understanding how different materials handle moisture can help you find the right fit for your home.

✨ Hardwood: Timeless and beautiful, but not waterproof and susceptible to moisture damage.

✨ Laminate: Offers the look of wood, with water resistance varying by product.

✨ Luxury Vinyl: Many options are waterproof, making them ideal for moisture-prone areas.

✨ Porcelain & Ceramic Tile: Durable, water-resistant, and excellent for bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms.

✨ Engineered Hardwood: Real wood beauty with added dimensional stability, but still vulnerable to moisture.

The right flooring combines the style you love with the performance your space needs!
