This confidential client's maritime history is built into the workplace through details that reference its vessels, cargo, and legacy. A boat-inspired ceiling structure defines the boardroom, corrugated steel recalls shipping containers, and a glass display nook showcases a vessel model. Original artwork, historical imagery, and a custom timeline carry the company’s story throughout the space.

Rooted in history and designed for momentum, this workplace brings maritime legacy, storytelling, and collaboration together through warm materials, curated artifacts, and spaces made for connection.

With an accelerated schedule, this project called for a truly collaborative integrated design-build approach. It took steady coordination, quick decisions, and a whole lot of teamwork to bring it across the finish line.
