We are looking for a high-caliber Sales Consultant who understands that luxury retail is about relationship-building, technical expertise, and aesthetic vision.
If you have a passion for interior design and a proven track record in high-ticket retail, we want to meet you.
The Role: Impact & Responsibility
As a Sales Consultant, you are the face of our brand. You will:
• Guide clients through our curated collection, using open-ended discovery to understand their home’s aesthetic and technical needs.
• Develop and maintain a dedicated client book, following up diligently to turn walk-ins into long-term clients.
• Become a subject matter expert on fireplace technology, safety standards, and visual merchandising.
• Take ownership of individual sales goals while contributing to the overall success of our Bay Area showroom.
What You Bring to the Table
• Experience: 3+ years of success in high-end retail, showroom sales, or guest services.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can articulate technical details and brand values with equal ease.
• The Designer: An ability to help clients visualize products in their space and assist with visual merchandising to keep the showroom inspiring.
• You’re Proactive: You don't wait for things to happen. You’re a multi-tasker who manages multiple clients and pivots quickly as priorities shift.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED required; B.S./B.A. preferred.
