Elizabeth Guest Interiors draws from a vast network of design, art, antique and workroom resources that can expertly meet any client’s design needs. Our custom services include all aspects of interior design: consultation, project management, and materials specification and selections for custom built homes, and/or remodeling and additions. Blue on blue on blue - my dream come true!! 🩵💙🩵💙🩵

I’ve had a lifetime obsession with blue that can’t be tamped down - so a bucket list trip to the Moroccan city of was inevitable. It has been pure blue heaven…… total immersion in every striking shade of blue; an unforgettable experience that has my creative gears spinning straight up into its clear blue skies!!

Two of the many great reasons to come to the at - Delray and Joe at !! 🌟🌟🌟

An incredible space chock full of fabulous finds - and these two, to boot! Delray’s eagle eye finds the widest range of antiques, every piece with a story and history and that incomparable patina of time - the perfect items to add to layered, collected and unique interiors. Repurposing, reusing and enjoying these lovely pieces from the past is so much more preferable than buying all new (and usually a much better bargain) - they add such richness and depth to a home.

And it’s always a joy to work with and meet all of the dealers at this show - experts in each of their special niches, a fun, fair, honest and endlessly interesting group! It seems we are all driven by the same need to create beauty and warmth, comfort and shelter, designing homes as sanctuaries in this chaotic modern world. I can’t think of a better purpose! ✨

Blue and white; light and bright in Vero Beach 🩵✨🤍
Nature is always my first inspiration - it is the foundation for all of my design concepts, and in this case it was no different - my friend’s/client’s beautiful blue eyes, just the perfect color and shade that inspired my fabric and color selections that all came together in this total renovation. Her appreciation for beautiful fabrics made this a wonderful collaboration, and the best surprise was discovering these large tropical hand-painted panels, while still wrapped and just after delivery to their showroom - ready-made for their new home! 🩵✨🤍

Part 1: The stars have aligned ……. 💫🌟💫 .. to create a dream team!!

This project, already two years in the planning and drafting stages, is finally making it’s first steps into the world - a partnership starting with incredible and visionary clients, a stellar architect and team; plus craftsmen, artisans, builders, workrooms, suppliers, and trades. All of us working together to create a timeless, generational, magical compound of beauty that is deeply nestled in nature. Designed with the utmost respect for the natural world surrounding it; the materials, finishes and fabrics I’ve chosen for these interiors, are meant to reflect and honor that spirit.

It’s so gratifying to be designing and creating these interiors with this stellar group - beginning here, my amazing workroom installers from , who travel near and far, to hang the window treatments they furnish for me. And the first of several of a few of my favorite fabrics by that will be used for this project, shown here, Devon - a perfect green for !

It’s a wrap…,…90% complete and just in time for Christmas!!
🌟🎄🌟🎄🌟

What a joy this project was, beginning with my incredible friends/clients who asked me to help them create a warm and usable space that they could enjoy four seasons of the year. The directive was to start completely from scratch, while honoring the feel of the original room and the full life and many years they have spent there.
A reversed color scheme, comfortable new upholstered pieces, a special family piece re-upholstered in a new fresh fabric, lighting, artwork gathered and rearranged and strategically rehung, all contributed to making the old new again, yet warmly familiar.
The icing on the cake was the last piece, which after a long wait, managed to slide into place just before the holidays - a pop of green with the shagreen textured bar table placed under the distinguished portrait, which I relocated to this corner as he seemed to be calling for a position of honor, overlooking the crystal glasses and bottles!

A wonderful immersion into the beauty, chic, creativity and unparalleled excellence of craftsmanship and design in furniture and decorative arts! Its so rewarding to see and experience all of the details and care that are put into the making of these fine pieces - meeting the designers, craftsmen, and gallery owners who are all so passionate about their fields and pour their heart and souls into making the world a more beautiful place, inside and out. We could use more of this, across the globe! ✨🌎✨

Very excited and proud to be able to unveil the brand-new launch of IvorGuestArt.com!! 🌟🌟🌟

Thrilled to see that this long and winding road (pun intended) has finally coalesced and shaped into my son’s beautiful web site and art work, just released with his first group of pieces. It’s been endless hard work, dedication and focus, but well worth the effort and I look forward to seeing his creativity unfold!
These pieces are perfect for that car-loving father, son, brother, uncle or friend - the perfect item for the man who has it all. DM Ivor for commissioned works for the person who has a favorite car in mind, nothing better than a personalized, signed, original piece!

Lake house luxury….. 🌟🩵🌟🩵🌟

One year ago we completed this total makeover - a rustic lake view room originally with an indoor pool, was transformed into a family and friends multi-functional living and entertaining space. The first priority for my clients, a young couple with small children, was to fill in the pool and create a comfortable space for all seasons, equally adaptable for their own family or for entertaining their larger family and friends.
I broke up what was a huge and unwieldy space into several separate zones, while still allowing for an open flow and those fabulous views, from any vantage point. A larger sectional seating area over a custom carpet defines the “summer space” for larger groups in summer, a smaller sectional in a separate alcove with a fireplace becomes a cozy spot for fall and winter family evenings, and a dining area off the kitchen and dining area inside serves for sunny meals any time of the year.

With some thoughtful space planning and tailoring interior selections specifically for my client’s tastes, needs and wishes, a once never-used room has become the hub of the entire house and a year-round retreat!
