Good morning all, Austin here.

I just wanted to share something I have discovered today.

I just noticed this. I was searching the business page and when you google our family company, these reviews come up with it. We have never met these people. So I researched the reviews and it’s not even about us, the reviews are about a property management and flooring store in Texas, but Facebook makes it look these are our reviews.

These are NOT our reviews, and I don’t even know why it’s even in our algorithm, but if you didn’t know any better it looks like it’s our reviews…. I’m not sure how to fix this, but only ONE review was ours and it was a good one at the very bottom of the search bar.

I promise you, we give our 110 percent everyday, if something goes wrong we fix it. We don’t scam people, we don’t lie to people, we do what’s right because that’s our values. These reviews aren’t ours (literally) and do not reflect us. Please be mindful and actually look at OUR reviews because this is very misleading… very misleading.

Again, these are not our reviews, we have never done business with these good folks. This is a review about other companies in another state.

Happy Thursday!

Here’s one of our recent projects. Our customer went with a 20 mil surface- 6.5mm overall thickness click and lock vinyl plank. The vinyl plank is waterproof, scratch resistant, it’s on a drop lock system, easy to install, easy to mop. It comes with a limited lifetime warranty and a 10 year commercial warranty.
