Surprise! 🪄

🌑 MYTH: “Dark floors are easier to keep looking clean.”
✅ FACT: Very dark floors can actually make dust, lint, pet hair, footprints, and small scratches more noticeable.

MYTH: Hardwood Floors Are All Basically the Same

Oak isn’t maple.
Maple isn’t hickory.
Solid isn’t engineered.
Matte isn’t gloss.

🌳 MYTH: “Wood is wood.”
✅ FACT: Species, grade, plank width, cut, stain, texture, installation method, and finish can dramatically change a floor’s appearance and performance.

And choosing hardwood based on a tiny sample alone can be a little like choosing a car because you liked the steering wheel.

There’s a lot more to consider.

That’s where experience matters.

Don’t just pick a floor. Choose the right floor for your home.

MYTH: You Have to Replace Old Hardwood Floors

Before you tear it out…
Call The Wizard. 🪄

🏚️ MYTH: “These floors are too old. We need new ones.”
✅ FACT: Older hardwood can sometimes be repaired, refinished, and brought back to life instead of being replaced.

That tired-looking floor may be hiding decades of beauty underneath scratches, worn finish, discoloration, or old stain.

Hardwood is special because restoration may give it an entirely new chapter.
Sometimes the most beautiful floor in your home is the one you already own.
