Prepare like you're training for a marathon... because hard-core canners know you are! Once the first produce hits the counters in the spring, there is hardly a break in canning until Thanksgiving.
Give your canner some love - or at least a once-over, and shop All American replacement parts if you need to just "freshen things up" to make sure the canning season flows uneventfully.
