This large kitchen layout required versatility. Long ago, the room was renovated to include a laundry room/pantry room next to a galley kitchen. We removed that room to make space for a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee station large enough for a true connoisseur, a desk space, and laundry area. All while allowing some of the mid century style stick around in a new way.

Right off the entry, this family room needed some love. While the spacious room felt like it wanted to be grand, it was seriously lacking some interior architecture. We opted to add beams, a large scale chandelier, a new fireplace facade and mantel, window treatments and a larger rug. All of these simple yet impactful elements helped bring this room up to the level it demands.
