From blueprint to finished beauty...our recent work in Palos is a showstopper!!! 🤍
This house is packed with thoughtful details and custom moments...from the layered finishes and architectural touches to one of my favorite features: a hidden pass-through from the kitchen to the pantry that leads straight into the mudroom off the garage 👏 And yes… there is even a dog bath because obviously 😂🐾
But honestly, Russ & Lynette Simmons made this entire project. Building a custom home comes with a lot of moving parts and nonstop decisions, but we always managed to make the process fun 😂 And in the end, we created a home that feels elevated, timeless, and completely them.
