Closing the office door for the last time! It was a bitter /sweet day. I will miss all the amazing people I have worked with and for over the last 22 years. However, I am looking forward to the time to relax and enjoy life.

Dear friends,
As Summer comes to a close, it seems like the right time to announce that as of September 30, 2022, I will be retiring as full-time Owner and Designer at Designing Interiors, Inc. After 23 years together, it has been a joy and a privilege to work with each of you. The wonderful memories and the precious friendships I’ve made along the way will carry me through this next chapter with a grateful heart.
But with endings…come new beginnings. While Florida has been our home away from home for the past few years, we’ve decided that a permanent move to the sunshine state is the next natural step for us. I’m looking forward to a slower pace of life, while pursuing my love for oil painting, spending time with family on the beach and trying to improve my golf game. :)
With that said, I am leaving you in the very talented and capable hands of my longtime colleague and friend, Patti Peltier. We’ve worked side by side for 9 years on various projects ranging from room remodels to design builds, and I am confident that her skills can guide you through all of your project needs. I do plan to remain in the background though and will be assisting Patti on an ‘as needed’ basis (so you won’t be rid of me just yet!) And while a simple ‘thank you’ doesn’t seem to cover it, I’d like for each of you to know that I would not be where I am today without your praise, encouragement and loyalty over the years. The trust you placed in me to help create your dream home or business space; your design build or room remodel, helped me to grow and thrive in this industry and was the most rewarding aspect of my career.
So, thank you. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to be a small part of your lives and to watch your children grow. Thank you for the time spent together and the chance to see your own businesses flourish and thrive. It has truly been an honor.
