At Lauren Collander Interiors, we believe in Changing Lives Through Design.

We're looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team and lead luxury residential projects ranging from new construction homes and large-scale renovations to full-home furnishings and boutique commercial spaces.

This role is for someone who:
• Is an exceptional designer with a strong point of view
• Loves building meaningful relationships with clients, builders, and architects
• Thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
• Has a passion for creating jaw-dropping, deeply personal homes
• Is excited to help grow our studio and mentor the next generation of designers

Almost time for the Lake Forest Showhouse again!

Before we turn the page to the next Showhouse, take a look back at our 2025 design: the Ethereal Garden Pathway.

A beautiful evening celebrating the people, artists, and partners bringing the 2026 RNDD Fall Gallery Walk to life.

Lauren and the team joined fellow participants and partners at Heritage Auctions for an evening of cocktails, bites, live music, and a first look at the incredible art and design being showcased this year.

From Heritage Auctions’ upcoming Comic Books and Comic Art Signature Auctions to curated pieces from the DIFFA Three for Life Show, featuring award-winning artists William Hohe, Ashley Benton, and Alex Proulx, it was the perfect night to connect, get inspired, and build excitement for the Gallery Walk ahead.

A glimpse into what could be.

At 11 E. Walton Unit 4102, located within the Waldorf Astoria Chicago Residences, the backdrop is already extraordinary: panoramic lake and skyline views, private balconies, and the opportunity to make this high-floor Gold Coast residence entirely your own.

In collaboration with Carrie McCormick, we’re sharing our concept design vision for bringing even more personality to the home.

CURATED. SOPHISTICATED. COLORFUL.

The Great Room is imagined as a sultry setting for lounging and entertaining, where modern figurative artwork, soft layers of rich oxblood, exotic lacquered wood, and refined mitered details create a sophisticated backdrop. Above, a smooth plaster ceiling adds another layer of quiet polish—while the magnificent views remain the ultimate focal point.

In the Kitchen, an epicurean approach to food and drink takes center stage. A dramatic, large-scale stone range wall, dark moody cabinetry with fluted glass, and natural stone in warm charcoal and bright white create a refined sense of contrast and depth. Just beyond, a bistro-inspired breakfast room invites long mornings, casual meals, and comfortable conversation.

As you move through the home, the color story gradually quiets—allowing the architecture, natural light, and incredible views to take over.

We have a new Lake Forest home!

Our new studio is officially open at 222 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 117—right across the street from Hometown Coffee & Juice, with plenty of parking for clients and guests.

The new space is filled with design inspiration, from custom millwork and an arched wood-detail entry to patterned ceiling trim, high-gloss paneling, illuminated cabinetry, and beautiful natural stone surfaces.

We’re thrilled to share the studio with Platinum Touch , whose craftsmanship and expertise brought the space to life. You may recognize their work from the 2025 Lake Forest Showhouse, where we partnered with Vince and his team on our Ethereal Garden Pathway.

We can’t wait to welcome our clients, vendors, industry partners, and friends into our new Lake Forest studio. Come see the space and get inspired for your own home!

A little texture, a little color, and a little peek at what’s waiting around the corner.

The Dopamine Dream House foyer sets the tone from the moment you walk in. Plush, furry stools tuck neatly beneath the console, adding a playful layer of texture and a spot to perch while coming and going.

And if you look closely… you’ll catch a glimpse of the stair runner. A mix of fun, colorful patterns comes together to create one unexpected, eclectic runner that carries the personality of the home up the stairs.

Because the entry should give you a hint of what’s to come—and this one definitely does.
