PK Studios is pleased to announce the re-election of Wojciech Peter Kulicki to next year's board of the Florida Southwest chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Peter will serve as the chapter's Vice President for 2020.

The elections were held as part of the chapter's annual meeting and design awards evening last Thursday.

These giant precast block cubbies will soon be home to various rock, sand, and mulch products. Each one is almost three feet high and almost six feet long, and weighs several tons!!

PK Studios president Wojciech Peter Kulicki, along with local architects Ryan Richards, Joyce Owens and more than 650 architects from each one of the 50 states, stormed Capitol Hill on Wednesday as part of the American Institute of Architects’ annual Grassroots advocacy event. AIA members spoke to their Congressional representatives about two key issues: the creation of a national database of best design practices for school safety and the expansion of energy efficiency tax incentives to include existing buildings.

Peter was recently appointed as a board member for the Southwest Florida chapter of the AIA.

We are excited to announce that our recently completed design for a new garden event center received the top (“Honor”) award in the Unbuilt Work category from the American Institute of Architects - Florida Southwest chapter.

Each year, an independent jury selects a handful of projects by local architecture firms in categories like new work, renovations/additions, and unbuilt work. This year’s guest juror was the firm of Shulman + Associates out of Miami.
