Occupying a 1920s industrial warehouse—whose previous incarnations include school bus garage and World War II parts factory—Maison Bergogne offers an eclectic mix of taxidermy, antique hardware and salvaged lighting, all of it graced with a beautiful patina. On the roof, beehives thrive, sustained by native pollinators planted around the property. The building is being transformed by a system of passive energy that will serve as an inspiring model for the area’s residents.

Curating + hosting artists at work and their creative reflections is part of Maison Bergogne spirit towards authenticity and unbridled creativity! This year’s town wide festival thematic is TIME SHIFT.
Maison Bergogne showings included an audio recording of Tilda Swinton reading Ursula K. Le Guin’s celebrated essay “The Carrier Bag Theory of Fiction,” anchors an installation by Elizabeth Lepro and PA-based artists, built around one of the most influential literary texts of the past half-centur, meanwhile our back studio was taken over by husband and wife photographer team for festival artist portraitures pernille loof Thomas Loof 🖤 | 📷Fab 5 Freddy in the Queen chair at the shop by Jorge Colombo
